Recipe for Inside Outside Cake

 Several people asked for the recipe for this easy peasy cake. (It appeared in the November issue of King Soopers' "mymagazine.")

Ingredients:

1 box (13.25 oz.) yellow or white cake mix

4 eggs

¾ cup vegetable oil

1 cup water

1 can (15.5 oz.) coconut pecan frosting

 

Steps:

1.      Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a  Bundt pan.

2.      In large bowl, stir all above ingredients (yes—even the frosting!) until well combined.

3.      Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.

4.      Allow to cool before removing from pan.

5.      Dust with confectioners’ sugar (if desired). Store leftovers in an airtight container.
