Several JI sisters drove to Longmont to attend the first of three "Everyone Belongs" concerts. Resonance is known for singing songs with meaningful and inspirational lyrics. Some standouts from this program include:
Let us take on the world while we're young and able.
Plant a little happiness / Let the roots run deep
If it's love that we give / Then it's love that we reap
Every act of love is a mirror / Showing us our purest light
Every act of love is a pathway / Into one another's lives
Every act of love is essential / To build a world that survives
And that first act of love, I know, for sure, is to listen
Good done anywhere
is good done everywhere
When we unite in purpose,
we are greater than the sum of our parts.
You won't live to see the future that you fight for,
Maybe no one gets to reach that perfect day.
But keep marching, keep marching.
If other sisters attend either of the other two performances, please take photos and send them to Kathie so they can be included in this post.
